How can I pay for my orders?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, or money orders for all orders.
All Visa and Mastercard information is collected through our secured server (SSL). Visa and Mastercard are debited the day we ship your order, and for the value that is shipped in case of a missing item please see below for out of stock items. We reserve the right to require a money order or bank transfer in case of problem with your Visa or Mastercard processing.
Money orders should not be sent before you receive an email to confirm that your order is complete and ready for shipping.
Will I need to pay sales tax (VAT)?
If your order is to be sent to any country member of the European Union (E.U.), you will have to pay French sales tax (VAT), 19.60% these days… The price including the VAT is shown for all items, next to the ex-VAT price.
If you order is to be sent outside the European Union (E.U.), we will not charge you for any sales tax. However, the customs of your country might claim duty and any tax according to the law of your country and the invoice we shall issue.
What will my shipping charges be?
We generally ship all orders via Postal Service, Priority Mail. Shipping will be free for all order over € 57.69 (Euro) ex-VAT. Below € 57.69, a fixed cost of € 10.03 will be charged.
How can I know that my order has been processed and shipped?
We will send you an email the day we ship your order.
What happens if I need to return my order?
You may return the item(s) for a refund or credit within 7 days of receiving. Returns must be accompanied with shipping invoice and in original packaging. Please notify us via email if you choose to return an item. Your shipping charges will be at your cost. After we receive your return, it will take approximately one week to process your refund.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We do our best to have all items available for shipping the day after you order. However, if the item(s) you selected was unavailable, we will contact you via email to let you know about the estimated delay. Usually, any item out of stock will be available within 2 weeks.
If an item was not to be available within 2 weeks, we will offer you a discount of 10% on that item when available, unless you prefer to cancel your order, and we will offer you a 10% discount voucher that will be available for the whole of your next order.
If we have to send an order that is not complete due to an item that is not in stock, your Visa or Mastercard will only be charged for the value of the delivered items. |
